The FIELD Model

The Fiscal Impact Estimates of Land Development (FIELD) model analyzes the financial feasibility of comprehensive plans using alternative scenarios and policy options for multi-jurisdictional regions. The Hillsborough County City-County Planning Commission created and applied FIELD in Hillsborough County and the cities of Plant City, Tampa and Temple Terrace.
